Participants will gain a wide variety of skills, knowledge, and valuable experience which builds self-confidence and skills for life. Program topics include basic first aid, CPR, water rescue techniques, cooperation, competition techniques, and lifesaving methods. Bring a towel, suit, goggles, and sunscreen. All students must be able to pass a deep-end swim test on the first day. (Age/ability levels will be divided at camp)
