Youth Wrestling Season • Register • View Cart •

Youth wrestling league is designed for young wrestlers, grades 1st-6th focusing on skill development, technique, and physical fitness. Participants receive hands-on instruction from experienced coaches and wrestlers.  The season includes drills, conditioning exercises, and tournaments to enhance skills. In addition to wrestling techniques, campers also learn teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, making it a valuable experience both on and off the mat.

Who: Boys & Girls in 1st-6th grade
When: Grades 1st-3rd practice Monday/Wednesday 5:30-7 pm & Grades 4th-6th Tuesday/Wednesday 5:30-7 pm. Practices start the first week of December. 
Where: Groton HS wrestling room.
Time: 5:30-7pm
Cost: $75 (includes T-Shirt and Shorts)
Due to the wrestling room's limited space, we cannot allow parents & guardians to stay for the practices.Wrestling
