Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle modified form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. The benefits of chair yoga include: improved flexibility, better concentrationand increased strength
Class will run between 30 and 45 minutes in length. Wearing comfortable loose fitting clothes will be helpful.

There is no cost for this class!
