Youth wrestling camp is designed for young wrestlers, grades 1st-6th focusing on skill development, technique, and physical fitness. Participants receive hands-on instruction from experienced coaches and wrestlers. Camp includes drills, conditioning exercises, and practice matches to enhance skills. In addition to wrestling techniques, campers also learn teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, making it a valuable experience both on and off the mat.
Who: Boys & Girls in 1st-6th grade
When: Monday November 17th-Wednesday November 19th
Where: Groton HS wrestling room.
Time: 6:30-8 pm
Cost: Free for Groton Residents- Sponsored by the 21st Century Grant
Non-Residents $20
Due to the wrestling room's limited space, we cannot allow parents & guardians to stay for the practices.
