The yoga series classes are a fusion of the Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga.
Classes will include an energetic series of postures, with some flowing seamlessly into the next, uniting body, mind, and breath. Designed as a moving meditation, every class is unique, creating the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, and balanced, while practicing being present to the moment. Classes include traditional and creative sequences of postures with variations available to accommodate a wide range of abilities.
Please bring your own mat and any other yoga accessories you prefer to use.
