Craft Club- Iron Caddy Project

Craft club is a space for adults to gather to share, create, and enjoy various crafts and DIY projects. Bring a project you would like to work on, such as knitting, painting, scrap booking, sewing, or woodworking. The club provides a social space for creativity, skill-building, and fun!

Meet at 308 Main Street in the Community Room.

For October we will be working on an Iron Caddy project.

What to bring:
Main fabric 20 inch square
Binding:  10 inch the WOF  (width of the fabric)
Handle:  6 by 12 inch
Sewing machine (extra bobbins)
Thread
Scissors,  seam ripper
Other sewing notion
 
Provided: 
Cutting mat & rotary cutter & rulers
Iron

For the project:
Heat resistant fabric
Thinsulate layer
Batting layer
Buttons
Elastic
Pattern & instructions
 
Project is optional.  Bring a project you are working on or a project that is at a roadblock and would like help brainstorming how to finish. 
 
There will be time to share your current project and share your passion for sewing
