Yoga - Yoga 10 punch card
Yoga
This class will teach individuals the fundamentals of a physical yoga practice. The series introduces the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, breath work, and how to connect breath to movement. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal descriptions and demonstrations. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.
The class is open to all agesTo attend yoga you must purchase a Fitness Punch Card. The instructor will issue your card at the first class you attend.
Dates & Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10a-11am @ Groton Village Community Room
Please Note: You will need to bring your yoga mat.
